Click & Collect and local delivery services allow customers to pick up orders in person or receive them via local courier. Both options appear at checkout alongside standard shipping methods for physical products.

Setting Up Click & Collect

Create a free local pickup option:

1. Navigate to Pickup menu
2. Click "Add Pickup Option"
3. Enter option name (displays at checkout)
4. Add pickup information (address, hours, instructions)
5. Enter tax address (optional) for location-based tax calculation
6. Save changes

Important Notes:

• Not available with Afterpay/Clearpay
• Cannot be used for subscriptions
• Pickup details included in confirmation emails
• Orders not sent to shipping platforms

Creating Local Delivery

Set up paid or free delivery:

1. Open Delivery menu
2. Click "Add Delivery Option"
3. Select country and enter postcodes
4. Name the delivery option
5. Set delivery fee
6. Add delivery instructions
7. Save changes

Managing Orders

When orders are ready:

1. Go to Orders in Products & Services
2. Select order
3. Click "Mark as Ready for Pickup" or "Mark as Available for Delivery"
4. Choose whether to notify customer
5. Confirm

• Phone number collection at checkout
• Cancellation policy for uncollected orders

Editing or Deleting Options

To modify settings:

1. Access Pickup/Delivery menu
2. Click "..." next to option
3. Select Edit or Delete
4. Confirm changes
