Canceling a website subscription can be done in two ways:

  1. Immediate Cancellation:
  • Instantly takes your site offline
  • Stops all subscription charges
  • Access to site content is restricted
  1. Disable Auto-Renewal:
  • Site remains active until current billing cycle ends
  • Allows time to backup and transition content
  • All features remain accessible until expiration

Before Canceling:

  • Export all site content and data
  • Back up any digital products or store information
  • Note that customer subscriptions will need reactivation
  • Domain registrations remain separate from site cancellations

Refund Policy:

  • Annual subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of first payment
  • Monthly plans: No refunds available
  • Renewal payments: Non-refundable
  • Processing time: 3-10 business days

Post-Cancellation Access:

  • Billing records and invoices
  • Domain management
  • Content export tools
  • Customer and sales data
  • Email campaign dashboard (if subscription active)

Other Subscriptions:

  • Domains remain active and transferable
  • Digital Products enter 30-day pause state
  • Google Workspace continues if active
  • Email Campaigns remain accessible
  • Acuity Scheduling stays operational

To Cancel Subscription:

  1. Open Billing panel
  2. Select Website/Commerce subscription
  3. Click "Cancel subscription"
  4. Choose cancellation reason
  5. Complete feedback form
  6. Review other subscriptions
  7. Confirm cancellation

To Disable Auto-Renewal:

  1. Access Billing panel
  2. Select subscription
  3. Toggle off "Automatically renew"

Important Notes:

  • Search engines will gradually remove site from results
  • Site content remains recoverable if reactivated
  • Subscription transfers between sites not possible
  • Account deletion is permanent and separate from cancellation
  • Reactivation possible but may affect customer subscriptions

Your site remains recoverable unless permanently deleted, and you maintain access to essential account functions post-cancellation.
