Full refunds include:

  • Product costs

Partial refunds include:

  • Custom refund amount
  • Proportional transaction fee based on refund amount

To Cancel and Fully Refund an Order:

  1. Open Orders menu
  2. Mark order as Pending
  3. Click "Cancel Order"
  4. Choose whether to restock inventory
  5. Confirm cancellation

To Issue a Partial Refund:

  1. Open order details
  2. Click "Refund"
  3. Enter desired refund amount
  4. Click "Grant Refund"

Important Considerations:

  • Gift cards are refunded before credit cards
