Etsy product reviews can be easily imported and displayed on your Squarespace product detail pages. Here's everything you need to know about managing Etsy reviews on your Squarespace site.

Imported Review Content:

• Customer images and names
• Review dates
• Product images and titles
• Star ratings
• Review text

How to Import Reviews:

1. Open the Reviews panel on products
2. Click "Import from Etsy"
3. Click "Log in and import"
4. Grant access to your Etsy account
5. Wait up to 20 minutes for import completion

Important Notes:

• Import reviews only after importing Etsy products
• Reviews are imported in bulk for all products
• Import is a one-time process (not automatic sync)
• Reviews appear on all product pages, not just specific items
• Review appearance cannot be customized
• New reviews must be added on Etsy, not Squarespace
• Import can be done once per day

Updating Reviews: To get the latest reviews, click "Re-import" in the product reviews panel. This adds new reviews without removing existing ones.

Managing Reviews:

• To hide all Etsy reviews: Disable "Imported Reviews" in the product reviews panel
• To remove specific reviews: Contact Etsy to delete them, then re-import

Note: Reviews won't appear in the product reviews panel, and customers cannot add Etsy reviews directly through your Squarespace site.
