Here's how to buy and print shipping labels for UPS and USPS orders within the United States:

Requirements

  • U.S. billing address with USD currency
  • Business or E-Commerce subscription
  • Computer or iOS app (Android not supported)
  • Only for UPS or USPS shipping within USA

Supported Services

UPS Options:

  • Standard Ground Saver
  • 3 Day Select
  • 2nd Day Air/A.M.
  • Next Day Air/Saver/Early

USPS Options:

  • Priority Mail
  • Priority Mail Express
  • Parcel Select

Creating Your First Label

For UPS:

  1. Open Orders menu
  2. Select pending order
  3. Click "Buy Shipping Label"
  4. Click "Get UPS Rates"
  5. Create new account or connect existing one via fulfillment extension

For USPS:

  1. Open Orders menu
  2. Select pending order
  3. Click "Buy Label"
  4. Add return address
  5. Click Save

Creating Additional Labels

  1. Open Orders menu
  2. Select pending order
  3. Click "Buy Label"
  4. Choose packaging type:
    • Custom packaging: Enter dimensions and weight
    • UPS/USPS packaging: Select size and weight
  5. Select shipping service
  6. Choose label format (8.5x11" or 4x6")
  7. Review order and confirm payment
  8. Print label
  9. Mark order as fulfilled

Important Notes

  • Labels cannot be edited after purchase
  • One label per order
  • Unused USPS labels expire in 30 days
  • UPS label refunds process in 15-31 days
  • No bulk printing available
  • Cannot add shipping insurance
  • Pickup scheduling must be done directly with carrier
  • Military bases overseas not supported

Canceling Labels

  1. Open associated order
  2. Click "Review Label"
  3. Select "Cancel Shipping Label"
  4. Refund processes in 15-31 days (automatic for UPS within 90 days)
