Here's how to buy and print shipping labels for UPS and USPS orders within the United States:
Requirements
- U.S. billing address with USD currency
- Business or E-Commerce subscription
- Computer or iOS app (Android not supported)
- Only for UPS or USPS shipping within USA

UPS Options:
- Standard Ground Saver
- 3 Day Select
- 2nd Day Air/A.M.
- Next Day Air/Saver/Early
USPS Options:
- Priority Mail
- Priority Mail Express
- Parcel Select
Creating Your First Label
For UPS:
- Open Orders menu
- Select pending order
- Click "Buy Shipping Label"
- Click "Get UPS Rates"
- Create new account or connect existing one via fulfillment extension
For USPS:
- Open Orders menu
- Select pending order
- Click "Buy Label"
- Add return address
- Click Save
Creating Additional Labels
- Open Orders menu
- Select pending order
- Click "Buy Label"
- Choose packaging type:
- Custom packaging: Enter dimensions and weight
- UPS/USPS packaging: Select size and weight
- Select shipping service
- Choose label format (8.5x11" or 4x6")
- Review order and confirm payment
- Print label
- Mark order as fulfilled
Important Notes
- Labels cannot be edited after purchase
- One label per order
- Unused USPS labels expire in 30 days
- UPS label refunds process in 15-31 days
- No bulk printing available
- Cannot add shipping insurance
- Pickup scheduling must be done directly with carrier
- Military bases overseas not supported
Canceling Labels
- Open associated order
- Click "Review Label"
- Select "Cancel Shipping Label"
- Refund processes in 15-31 days (automatic for UPS within 90 days)
