Product Low-Stock Alert: How to Enable Limited Availability Tags

Stock Alert Tags keep customers informed when items are running low - perfect for exclusive or limited-edition products. These tags appear on Store Pages and product details for Physical and Service products.

Setting Up Limited Availability Tags:

  1. Navigate to "Product Status"
  2. Select Limited Availability
  3. Toggle "Show Tag" on
  4. Choose tag text (pre-made or custom)
  5. Set stock threshold for tag display
  6. Select display locations:
    • Collections and sections (Store Pages, Summary Blocks, Product Blocks, Quick View)
    • Store Pages (product detail pages)
  7. Save changes

Note: For service products, enable Service Quantity in checkout settings first.

Customizing Tag Appearance:

Version 7.1:

  1. Open Site Styles > Fonts
  2. Select Miscellaneous
  3. Make desired changes
  4. Go to Colors > Themes
  5. Edit Limited Availability Alert settings for:
    • Store Page
    • Product detail pages
    • Product Blocks

Version 7.0:

  1. Open Site Styles
  2. Navigate to Product: details
  3. Modify Color and Font settings
  4. Save changes
