Client notification emails automatically inform customers about orders, donations, accounts, and memberships. While they come with default designs, you can customize them to match your brand.

Preview and Test Emails

To preview notifications:

  1. Open Client Notifications panel
  2. Select email category and type
  3. Click Edit Email
  4. Use the computer icon to view mobile preview

Send test emails:

  1. Follow steps 1-3 above
  2. Click Send Test
  3. Enter recipient email
  4. Click Send

Note: Test links expire after 24 hours and aren't available on trial sites.
