Carrier-Calculated Shipping Guide

Automatically calculate shipping costs based on package dimensions, weight, and real-time carrier rates. This feature shares shipping data with carriers to determine accurate costs for your customers.

Available Countries:

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • France
  • Germany
  • Netherlands
  • New Zealand
  • Singapore
  • United Kingdom
  • United States (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands)

Setting Up Carrier-Calculated Shipping:

  1. Add Product Dimensions and Weight
  • Open product details
  • Enter Length, Width, Height, and Weight
  • Include packaging materials in measurements
  • Reduce dimensions by 2.5cm for better container grouping
  • Check Products panel for missing measurements
  1. Select Shipping Services
  • Access Shipping panel
  • Choose carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS in US)
  • Select desired shipping services
  • Enter shipping origin zip code
  1. Configure Containers Carrier Containers:
  • Available for select FedEx, UPS, and USPS services
  • Check "Use carrier containers" if available

Custom Containers:

  • Add dimensions for your packaging
  • Ensure carrier supports your container sizes
  • Click "+ Add custom container" for multiple options

  • Add percentage or flat fee

  • Maximum 150 items per cart

    • Discounted rates (non-US)
