Automatically calculate shipping costs based on package dimensions, weight, and real-time carrier rates. This feature shares shipping data with carriers to determine accurate costs for your customers.
Available Countries:
- Australia
- Canada
- France
- Germany
- Netherlands
- New Zealand
- Singapore
- United Kingdom
- United States (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands)
Setting Up Carrier-Calculated Shipping:
- Add Product Dimensions and Weight
- Open product details
- Enter Length, Width, Height, and Weight
- Include packaging materials in measurements
- Reduce dimensions by 2.5cm for better container grouping
- Check Products panel for missing measurements
- Select Shipping Services
- Access Shipping panel
- Choose carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS in US)
- Select desired shipping services
- Enter shipping origin zip code
- Configure Containers Carrier Containers:
- Available for select FedEx, UPS, and USPS services
- Check "Use carrier containers" if available
Custom Containers:
- Add dimensions for your packaging
- Ensure carrier supports your container sizes
- Click "+ Add custom container" for multiple options
- Set Markup (Optional)
- Add percentage or flat fee
- Cover packaging and handling costs
- Adjust for potential margin errors
