Setting Up Product Dimensions
- Open the product settings
- Navigate to Weight and dimensions
- Enter Length, Width, Height, and Weight
- Use packaging-ready measurements, not raw product dimensions
Tip: Reduce dimensions by 2.5cm to account for package margins when shipping multiple items together.
Carrier Selection
For U.S. merchants:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
For other eligible countries:
- Select "Carrier shipping cost calculation"
- Enter shipping option name
- Input delivery address
- Choose carrier and available services
Package Configuration
Two options available:
- Carrier Packages:
- Available for specific services in certain countries
- Pre-defined sizes from carriers
- Check "Use carrier packages" box
- Custom Packages:
- Add your own box dimensions
- Required for most non-U.S. shipping
