Partner levels in Squarespace Circle are determined by a points system that reflects your subscription activity and community participation. Your status can be Silver, Gold, or Platinum Partner, with each level offering increased benefits.

Points System Overview:

  • Points reset annually on January 1st
  • Current status visible in Circle dashboard
  • Weekly point updates via Circle release notes emails
  • Status remains active for current year plus following calendar year

How to Earn Points:

  • Generate new client subscriptions
  • Become an administrator on client websites
  • Participate in community activities

Status Requirements 2025:

  • Silver Partner: Entry level
  • Gold Partner: 1000+ points
  • Platinum Partner: Higher tier (specific points vary)

Status Changes:

  • Automatic upgrades upon reaching point thresholds
  • Current status maintained until end of following calendar year
  • Annual evaluation on January 1st
  • Status downgrades possible if point requirements not maintained

Example Scenarios:

  1. Gold Partner Example:
  • Joins March 2025 with 1000 points as Gold
  • Points reset January 2026, maintains Gold status
  • If below 1000 points by December 2026, reverts to Silver in 2027
  1. Silver Partner Example:
  • Joins March 2025 as Silver
  • Reaches 1000 points by December 2025
  • Upgrades to Gold, valid through 2026
  • Must maintain 1000+ points in 2026 for 2027 Gold status

Your status reflects your ongoing activity with Squarespace and directly impacts available benefits and perks. Check your dashboard regularly to track your progress and maintain your desired partnership level.

Points are awarded based on subscription activities and administrator roles, with detailed tracking available in your Circle dashboard. Regular participation and client growth help maintain or upgrade your status level.
