Creating a free product is simple. Set the price to $0.00 for one-time purchases of physical products, downloads, or services. Note that free pricing isn't available for subscriptions.

To set up a free product:

For new products:

• Follow the standard product creation process
• Set the price to $0.00

For existing products:

1. Navigate to Pages > Shop
2. Click All and select your product
3. Set the price to $0.00
4. Save changes

For temporary promotions:

• Toggle "On Sale" switch
• Set sale price to $0.00
• Toggle off when promotion ends

Adding Free Shipping:

• Required for physical products
• Set shipping cost to $0.00
• Ensures total order remains free

Checkout Process:

• Products display as $0.00 in your currency
• Customers can skip billing fields for physical products
• No payment processor needed for $0.00 orders
• Billing address required for digital products/services

Additional Options:

• Create specific customer discounts
• Set minimum purchase requirements
• Offer limited-time promotions

Note: While checkout shows a "Checkout Closed" banner without a payment processor, customers can still complete free orders successfully.
