Import your Etsy customer reviews to display them on your Squarespace product pages. Before starting, ensure you've already imported your Etsy products.

What Gets Imported:

• Customer images and names
• Review dates
• Product images and titles
• Review text
• Star ratings

Import Process:

1. Open Customer Reviews panel
2. Click "Import" next to Etsy Reviews
3. Click "Connect and Import"
4. Log into Etsy and grant access
5. Wait up to 20 minutes for import completion
6. Click "View Reviews" when done

Important Notes:

• Import is a one-time process (not automatic sync)
• Reviews appear under all products by default
• You can configure settings to show only product-specific reviews
• Review styling and display location cannot be modified
• New reviews must be left on Squarespace, not Etsy

Re-importing Reviews:

1. Open Customer Reviews panel
2. Click Re-import

• Can be done once per day
• Doesn't affect existing reviews
• Ensures latest Etsy reviews are shown

Managing Reviews:

• To hide all Etsy reviews: Turn off "Imported Reviews" toggle
• To delete specific reviews: Contact Etsy for removal, then re-import

Review Display Requirements:

• Reviews only appear on product information pages
• They don't show in the Customer Reviews panel
• Imported reviews cannot be individually styled
• Display settings can be configured to show only matching product reviews
