Product reviews from your Etsy shop can be displayed on your Squarespace product detail pages. When importing reviews, Squarespace pulls customer images, names, dates, product images, titles, review content, and star ratings.

To import Etsy reviews:

1. Navigate to Product Reviews panel
2. Click "Import from Etsy"
3. Select "Login and import"
4. Sign into your Etsy account and grant access
5. Wait up to 20 minutes for import completion
6. Click "View reviews" when finished

Important considerations:

• Reviews import is a one-time process (no automatic syncing)
• Imported reviews appear across all products, not just specific items
• Review appearance cannot be customized
• New reviews must be added through Etsy
• Reviews can be reimported once daily for updates

To manage Etsy reviews:

• Reimport: Open Product Reviews panel and click "Reimport"
• Hide all reviews: Toggle off "Imported reviews" in Product Reviews panel
• Remove specific reviews: Contact Etsy to delete the review, then reimport

Note: Before importing reviews, ensure you've already imported your Etsy products to Squarespace. Review import failures can be resolved by clicking "Try again" to restart the process.

For individual product review requests through Squarespace, use the "Product Review" feature separately from Etsy imports.
