Step 1: Create a Squarespace Store Page Create a store page to host your product inventory. If you already have products, delete them before connecting print-on-demand services to avoid conflicts.

Step 2: Connect Print-on-Demand Extension Available options include:

• Art of Where: Leggings, scarves, t-shirts, bags, notebooks
• Printful: Custom printed, embroidered, and engraved products
• Printify: On-demand custom products
• Printique: Acrylic prints, framed prints, photo puzzles (US/Canada only)
• Spreadconnect: Clothing and accessories

To connect:

1. Open Extensions panel
2. Browse or search for desired company
3. Review pricing details
4. Click Link and Allow permissions
5. Complete setup on provider's website

Step 3: Add Products Create products through your chosen print-on-demand service. They will automatically sync to your Squarespace store.

Step 4: Set Up Payments

1. Connect Squarespace Payments or external processor (Stripe, PayPal)
2. Add billing method to print-on-demand account for manufacturing costs
3. Set product prices to ensure profitable margins

Step 5: Configure Shipping

1. Add shipping options in Squarespace
2. Create flat-rate options based on provider's processing costs
3. Set up processing profiles for different shipping requirements

Step 6: Set Tax Rates

• US sellers: Enable automatic tax rates
• International sellers: Manually create rates for covered regions

Order Processing

• Orders automatically transfer to print-on-demand company
• Some providers require manual confirmation
• Orders appear in Squarespace Orders panel
• Customers receive automatic email notifications

Managing Mixed Product Types Create separate processing profiles for:

• Print-on-demand products
• Regular inventory items This ensures proper shipping options and order processing for each type.
