Digital gift cards provide a flexible payment option for online stores. Recipients can use these unique codes to make purchases directly from your store.

Purchasing a Gift Card

To buy a gift card:

1. Select the gift card from the store
2. Choose the value (if multiple options exist)
3. Click [Purchase] to proceed to checkout

At checkout, choose between two delivery methods:

Email to Recipient:

• Enter recipient's name and email (required)
• Add personal message (up to 80 characters)
• Include sender's name

Email to Myself:

• Enter recipient's name
• Add personal message (up to 80 characters)
• Include sender's name

Complete the purchase by:

1. Providing email and billing information
2. Reviewing order details
3. Clicking [Purchase]

Redeeming Gift Cards

Recipients can use gift cards for:

• Tangible goods
• Downloadable items
• Service products
• Flat-rate plans (for digital goods)

Gift cards apply to the total order, including:

• Product cost
• Taxes
• Shipping
• Transaction fees

Important notes:

• Multiple gift cards can be combined
• Remaining balance can be used for future purchases
• Cannot be used for subscription products or subscription fee plans

Direct Redemption via App

To redeem directly through the app:

1. Tap [Commerce] and the [+] icon
2. Select [Apply Gift Card Code]
3. Enter the gift card code
4. Input redemption amount
5. Tap [Redeem]

Both customer and merchant receive email confirmation showing the redeemed amount and remaining balance. All transactions appear in sales analytics under point-of-sale management.
