How to Restore Deleted Pages & Blog Posts in 30 Days

Restore deleted pages and blog posts within 30 days of deletion to maintain your website's content. After 30 days, content is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Restoring Pages

  1. Open the "Pages" menu
  2. Click "Trash" at the bottom
  3. Hover over the page title and click "Restore"
  4. Confirm restoration
  5. Find restored page in "Not linked" section

Restoring Blog Posts

Version 7.1:

  1. Open "Pages" menu
  2. Click blog page
  3. Click "Trash"
  4. Hover over post, click "..." then "Restore"
  5. Confirm restoration

Version 7.0:

  1. Open "Pages" menu
  2. Click blog page
  3. Click trash can icon
  4. Hover over post and click "Restore"
  5. Confirm restoration

Re-publishing Restored Blog Posts

Version 7.1:

  1. Click post in sidebar menu
  2. Hover over preview, click "Edit"
  3. Make changes
  4. Click "Publish"

Version 7.0:

  1. Hover over content in sidebar menu
  2. Click "Edit"
  3. Make changes
  4. Click "Save & Publish"

Non-recoverable Content

  • Text (after editor is closed)
  • Blocks (after editor is closed)
  • Collection content (except blog posts)
  • Page sections
  • Pages/posts deleted over 30 days ago
  • Member websites
  • Code from code blocks, "Insert Code" menu, or "Custom CSS" menu

Important Notes

  • Blog posts are the only recoverable collection content
  • Restored pages appear in "Not linked" section
  • Multiple blog posts can be restored simultaneously in Version 7.1
  • Code within restored pages/posts will also be recovered
  • Back up custom code locally for safekeeping
  • Member website pages can be restored within 30 days
