File Requirements:

• Maximum file size: 300 MB
• All file types accepted
• One file per product (multiple files must be zipped)
• Remove special characters from filenames
• SSL certificate required for secure downloads

Limitations:

• No quantity settings or variants
• No subscription options
• No product file exports after upload

Creating a Downloadable Product:

1. Select Product Type

• Choose "Download" when adding a new product

2. Add Product Details

• Enter name, description, and images
• Multiple product images display as thumbnails

3. Upload File

• Click "Upload file" or drag and drop
• File must be added before saving

4. Set Pricing

• Set regular price
• Enable "On sale" toggle if needed
• Add sale price when applicable

5. Add Organization

• Include categories and tags (optional)
• Categories: 25 characters max
• Tags: 80 characters max

6. Optimize SEO

• Add SEO descriptions for better search visibility

7. Publish Product

• Click "Publish" to make available
• Use "Save" to keep as draft
• "Schedule" for future publishing

Customer Download Process:

• Download link appears on Order Confirmation page
• Automatic email with download link sent
• Link expires after 24 hours
• New link sent automatically if expired
• Manual link resend available through Orders panel
