To offer local pickup or delivery, follow these straightforward steps:

Local Pickup Setup

1. Open the Pickup panel
2. Click "Add pickup option"
3. Enter pickup details:
   • Option name (displays at checkout)
   • Pickup address (optional)
   • Store hours
   • Customer instructions
4. Add taxation address (optional) for correct tax calculations

Important Pickup Notes:

• Free for customers
• Not available with Afterpay/Clearpay
• Not compatible with subscription products
• Order information excluded from shipping extensions

Local Delivery Setup

1. Open Delivery panel
2. Click "Add delivery option"
3. Configure delivery settings:
   • Select country and zip codes
   • Set delivery name
   • Specify delivery fee
   • Add delivery details and schedule
4. Save and repeat for multiple delivery zones

Managing Orders

To mark orders ready:

1. Go to Products & Services > Orders
2. Select order
3. Click "Mark as ready for pickup" or "Mark as out for delivery"
4. Choose whether to notify customer
5. Click Confirm
