Taking Screenshots on Different Devices

Windows

  1. Press WINDOWS key + PRINT SCREEN
  2. Screenshot saves automatically in Pictures > Screenshots folder

Mac OS X

  1. Press ⌘ + Shift + 4
  2. Use crosshair to select area
  3. Screenshot saves automatically with date-time filename

Chromebook

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Show windows (or Ctrl + Shift + F5)
  2. Use crosshair to select area
  3. Screenshot saves in Downloads folder

iPhone/iPad

  1. Press Standby/Wake + Volume Up buttons simultaneously
    • For older devices: Press Standby/Wake + Home button
  2. Screen flashes to confirm capture
  3. Find screenshot in Photos app under Saved Photos or Camera Roll

Android (4.0+)

  1. Press Power + Volume Down buttons simultaneously
  2. Listen for shutter sound and screen flash
  3. Find screenshot in notification bar
    • Alternative: Press and hold Power button for screenshot option

Sending Screenshots

Via Chat:

  1. Click + icon in chat window
  2. Select Image
  3. Choose file (max 25MB, supports .jpeg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .txt)
  4. Click Open

Via Support Ticket:

  1. Attach screenshot to email response
  2. Include case number (if applicable)

Note: For screen recordings on iOS or Android 11+, refer to Apple or Google documentation respectively. Screen recordings can only be sent via email, not chat.
