Note: Payment settlement typically takes 5 days but may vary depending on your bank.
Checking Payment Settlement Status:
- Check invoices in your Squarespace account
- Look for "Processing" status and payment amount
- Contact your bank if unsure
Subscription Renewal Schedule:
Renews on the last day:
- Websites
- Email Campaigns
- Acuity Scheduling
- Digital Products
- Monthly Google Workspace plans
Renews 15 days before expiration:
- Squarespace domains
- Annual Google Workspace plans
Important: You'll receive a renewal charge notification email. If auto-renewal is disabled, you'll get a payment due reminder instead.
