Squarespace periodically removes outdated or replaced features to maintain platform efficiency. Here's a comprehensive list of discontinued features and what you need to know.

Recently Discontinued Features (2023-2024):

  • 500 px Block (December 2023)
  • Foursquare Swarm Block (December 2023)
  • Video Studio App (September 2023)
  • Twitter Block (April 2023)
  • Keyboard shortcut with Escape key (January 2024)

Notable Past Removals:

  • Commerce App (September 2021)
  • Analytics App (June 2021)
  • Blog App (July 2019)

Important Notes for Users:
