Adding a Form Block

1. Edit a page/post
2. Click Add Block and select Form
3. Click the pencil icon to open block editor
4. Configure settings in Content, Design, and Storage tabs
5. Press Enter or click outside to save changes

Form Setup

1. Customize form name (visible only in lightbox)
2. Edit button text (default: Submit)
3. Manage fields:
   • Click Edit Form Fields
   • Add new fields with Add Field
   • Rearrange or delete fields using Edit
   • Maximum 30 fields recommended

Post-Submit Options

• Message: Display custom text after submission
• Redirect: Send visitors to specific URL after submission
• HTML: Add custom code alongside message
