Handling customer orders requires careful attention to ensure efficient processing and tracking. Here's a comprehensive guide:
Notifications Setup
Enable order notifications to stay informed:
- Admin/store managers receive emails from [email protected]
- Emails include billing details, shipping info, and item specifics
- Enable mobile push notifications through the Squarespace app settings
- Set processing reminders for pending orders
Viewing Orders
Access order details through:
- Products and Services panel > Orders section
- Filter by status (Pending/Processed/Canceled)
- Search using order number, email, or customer name
Order details include:
- Billing and shipping information
- Order number and total
- Item details and quantities
- Tax and shipping costs
- Custom form responses
Processing Orders
To fulfill a pending order:
- Open Orders panel
- Select pending order
- Click "Mark as Processed"
