Form blocks collect visitor information through customizable forms for contact, surveys, polls, and applications. All submissions are encrypted when SSL is enabled.

Setting Up Your Form:

  1. Add Form Block to your page
  2. Click pencil icon to open block editor
  3. Configure fields in Content tab
  4. Set up submission handling (message or redirect)
  5. Customize design and layout
  6. Add storage options in Storage tab

  • Button alignment (left, center, right)
