Viewing and Managing Contacts
To view contacts:
- Open the Contacts panel to see all contacts with their email addresses and names
- Filter by tags or use the search function to find specific contacts
- Click on any contact to view their engagement details
- Edit contact names using the pencil icon
- View specific groups through Lists and segments
Adding Subscribers
Import multiple subscribers:
- Upload a .csv file through the Contacts panel
- Select or create an email list
- Confirm marketing permissions
- Review and import
Add individual subscribers:
- Click "Add subscribers"
- Enter name and email
- Select or create a list
- Confirm marketing permissions
Managing Tags
- Add tags to organize contacts (up to 250 unique tags)
- Create new tags or select existing ones
- Manage tags through the ... menu

Filtering and Segments

Save up to five segments for future use by:
