Here's how to start and manage your Acuity Scheduling trial:

Start Your Trial

Go to acuityscheduling.com and click "Test Scheduling." Sign up using Google, Apple, or email credentials.

Trial periods:

• Standalone product: 7 days
• With Squarespace website: 14 days

Using Your Trial

• Access all features except customized automated notifications
• Accept payments by integrating a payment processor
• Set up your business using the Getting Started guide or watch the Acuity webinar series

Subscription Options

Choose between:

• Standalone Acuity product
• Integration with existing Squarespace website (cannot be changed later)

Upgrading to Paid Plan

1. Click upgrade prompts in Acuity
2. Select Annual or Monthly payment
3. Enter payment information
4. Confirm payment

If Trial Expires

• Settings and information remain saved
• Customers cannot book appointments
• Acuity dashboard link disappears after 30 days
• You may reactivate expired trials in some cases

Managing Your Trial

To pause bookings:

• Remove all availability times from Availability menu
• Remove scheduling block from website (if using Squarespace)

Cancellation Options

• Trials automatically end if not upgraded
• Delete standalone trials through Acuity subscription settings
• Connected trials can only be deleted with associated website
• New trials possible but won't retain previous settings
