Switching Process

  1. Receive email invitation (subject: "Upgrade to Squarespace Payments today")
  2. Open Finance menu
  3. Click "Start using Squarespace Payments"
  4. Accept terms and continue
  5. Start import process
  6. Connect bank account for payouts

Note: Account activation is immediate, but Stripe data import may take up to 10 days. You'll receive confirmation emails for both activation and import completion.

Product Subscription Handling Existing subscription payment methods continue processing through Stripe until data import completes (up to 10 days).
