Account ownership verification is a security process designed to protect your privacy and account content. Here's what you need to know:

Standard Verification Methods:

  • Use email addresses associated with site ownership or admin permissions
  • Click verification links sent to your registered email
  • Verify through your account Dashboard when already logged in

Acceptable Verification Documents:

  • Last four digits of saved payment card
  • Recent billing amount information
  • Bank statement copy
  • Account identifier
  • Government-issued ID (name visible, other details can be redacted)
  • PayPal statement (if applicable)
  • PayPal registered email (if applicable)

Security Guidelines:

  • Customer support will never request your password
  • Never share complete payment card numbers via email or messaging
  • Respond only to official verification requests
  • Use domain owner email address when possible
  • All sensitive documents are securely deleted after verification

Account Information Access:

  • Site information is only shared with:
    • Site Administrators
    • Site Owners
    • Billing Contributors
  • Account details are only provided to verified administrators or owners

Important: If you receive suspicious emails requesting account information, refer to phishing guidelines and report suspicious activity. For additional security, only communicate through official support channels and verify the authenticity of all requests.

All verification communications prioritize your privacy while maintaining account security. Any sensitive information shared during verification is permanently deleted after review.
