
Acuity Scheduling Pricing Guide: Plans, Fees, and Billing Management
Managing your Acuity subscription, which is separate from your Squarespace site subscription, involves understanding several key aspects of billing and features.
Pricing Plans and Features
Acuity offers three different plans with varying features. Visit the pricing page for detailed plan information. All plans include:
- Free text messaging to you and clients (standard rates apply for clients)
- Payment processor integration (processor fees apply)
- Option to change plans anytime
Free Trial
New users start with a free trial equivalent to the Emerging plan. After the trial:
- No automatic charges
- All settings and data remain saved
- Must purchase a plan for continued client bookings
Subscription Management
To subscribe through Squarespace:
- Click Scheduling in Home menu
- Follow upgrade prompts
- Choose Monthly or Annual billing
- Select desired plan
- Confirm payment
View subscription details in the Billing panel:
- Current plan
- Activation date
- Billing cycle
- Renewal date
- Auto-renew status
Auto-Renewal and Payment
- Subscriptions auto-renew by default
- Annual subscribers receive 15-day renewal notice
- 15-day grace period for failed payments
- Subscription expires if payment fails after grace period
Enterprise Solutions
Consider Enterprise plans if you need:
- High appointment volume processing
- Special legal/compliance requirements
- Multiple account management
- Premium support
- More than 36 calendars
Subscription Changes and Cancellation
You can:
- Change plans anytime
- Cancel subscription at any point
- Disable auto-renewal through Billing panel
- Keep all settings after cancellation (clients cannot book until reactivation)
For European Economic Area (EEA) customers: Additional payment authorization may be required for purchases.
