Key Requirements:

• Maximum length: 60 seconds for uploaded videos
• Ideal frame rate: 60 fps
• Resolution: 1080p with 3+ Mbps bitrate
• Aspect ratio: 16:9 (horizontal/landscape)
• Limit: Maximum 2 background videos per page

Design Best Practices:

• Minimize camera movement for smoother playback
• Center subjects with safe cropping space
• Avoid flashy content (no more than 3 flashes per second)
• Use smooth transitions without sudden cuts
• Adjust text color to contrast with video
• Apply filters to control brightness

Adding a Background Video:

1. Prepare Your Video:

• Upload to YouTube/Vimeo (ensure public/unlisted with embedding enabled)
• Or prepare video file meeting specifications above

2. Add the Video:

• Open page editor
• Select section background
• Click Video > Add (+)
• Choose upload, library, or URL option

3. Configure Settings:
