Email Marketing plans allow you to send campaigns to your subscribers. All billing is managed through your Squarespace account using the same payment method as your site subscription.

Free Trial Features:

• Unlimited email list size
• 3 bulk email campaigns total
• 5,000 emails per campaign
• No time limit
• Cannot send test emails or remove Squarespace branding

Subscription Features:

• Multiple plan options with different sending limits
• Monthly or annual billing available
• Automated renewal to prevent service interruption
• Can have up to 20 email lists on any plan
• Separate billing from website subscription

How to Subscribe:

1. Open Email Marketing dashboard
2. Click Update in panel
3. Choose billing cycle (monthly/annual)
4. Select desired plan
5. Confirm payment

Important Notes:

• Must have active website subscription or Acuity account
• Only site owners/admins can purchase
• Renewal reminder sent 15 days before due date
• EEA banks may require purchase approval

Managing Your Subscription:

• View details in Billing Panel
• Check plan features and renewal dates
• Review past invoices
• Enable/disable auto-renewal
• Cancel subscription anytime

Usage Guidelines:

• Monthly usage period regardless of billing cycle
• Sending limits reset monthly
• Cannot send more campaigns after reaching monthly limit
• Must wait for next period or upgrade plan
• Usage visible in Billing Panel

If payment fails:

• 15-day grace period to update payment
• Multiple charge attempts during grace period
• Subscription expires if payment unsuccessful
• Can purchase new subscription anytime
