
How Members Access and Manage Their Customer Accounts
Customers can access exclusive content, review orders, and manage personal information through their member accounts. Here's everything you need to know about member access and account management.
Account Creation & Login Members create accounts when subscribing to pricing plans through product blocks or paywalled content. They provide their name, email, and password during signup. Members can log in via the navigation menu or any paywall.

Account Dashboard Features After logging in, members can:
- Access exclusive digital content through the Digital Products section
- View and manage profile details
- Review purchase history and subscription details
- Navigate member-specific pages (if enabled)

Managing Subscriptions Members can view:
- Subscription start dates
- Pricing plan details
- Renewal dates
- Payment frequency
- Pricing information
- Payment methods
Subscription Changes and Cancellation To cancel a subscription:
- Log into the customer account
- Navigate to Account > Digital Products/Subscriptions
- Select the subscription to cancel
- Click "Go to Manage Subscription" (if applicable)
- Confirm cancellation
Important notes:
- No refunds for previous payments
- Access continues until billing cycle ends
- Fixed-price and free plans cannot be canceled
- Members retain account access but lose content access after expiration
Account Security Members can:
- Update email addresses through account settings
- Log out manually via Account > Logout
- Auto-logout occurs after period of inactivity (browser-dependent)
