How to Complete Customer Orders in Squarespace: A Step-by-Step Guide
Physical and digital orders can be completed by following these steps:
View New Orders:
- Check order notifications via email (sent from [email protected])
- Enable mobile push notifications in the Squarespace app
- View order details in the Orders panel showing billing, shipping, and product information
Complete Physical Product Orders:
- Open Orders panel and select a pending order
- Click "Mark as completed"
- Add tracking number (optional)
- Select carrier from dropdown menu:
- Australia Post
- Canada Post
- DHL
- FedEx
- UPS
- USPS
- Royal Mail
- Choose to send completion email to customer
- Click Confirm
Complete Digital/Service Orders:
