Receive instant notifications when new orders arrive and efficiently process them through shipping or pickup.
Order Notifications
- Admins and shop managers receive email notifications from [email protected]
- Notifications include billing, shipping, item details, and form submissions
- Enable mobile push notifications through the Squarespace app for orders and inventory alerts
View Order Details
Access order information by:
- Opening Products & Services menu > Orders
- Filtering by status (Pending/Processed/Canceled)
- Searching by order number, customer email, or name
- Viewing billing, shipping, payment details, and order history
Process a Pending Order
- Navigate to Orders > Pending
- Select the order to process
- Click "Mark as Processed"
- Add tracking number (optional)
- Enable/disable customer notification email
- Select shipping carrier (automatically detected for major carriers)
- Confirm processing

- Royal Mail
Bulk Processing
- Select multiple pending orders
- Click "Mark as Processed"
- Add tracking numbers (optional)
- Enable/disable customer notifications
- Confirm processing
Managing Processed Orders
- View processed orders under Orders > Processed
- Undo processing by marking order as pending
- Access payment details through your payment processor
- Track shipments and resend confirmation emails as needed
Note: Orders for digital products and gift cards process automatically. Service orders can be marked as processed with optional notification.
