How to Connect a Crazy Domain to Squarespace

Connect your Crazy Domains domain to Squarespace using these simple steps:

Step 1: Start Connection in Squarespace

1. Open Domains panel
2. Click "Use your own domain"
3. Enter your domain name
4. Click "Connect Domain"
5. Select "Other"
6. Click "Continue"

Step 2: Access Crazy Domains

1. Log in to www.crazydomains.com
2. Go to Domains tab
3. Select your domain
4. Scroll to DNS Settings

Step 3: Add First CNAME Record

• Host: [unique verification code]
• Type: CNAME
• Points to: verify.squarespace.com

Step 4: Add Second CNAME Record

• Host: www
• Type: CNAME
• Points to: ext-cust.squarespace.com

Step 5: Add Four A Records Create these records with @ as host:

• A record: 198.185.159.144
• A record: 198.185.159.145
• A record: 198.49.23.144
• A record: 198.49.23.145

Step 6: Wait for Connection

• Allow 24-72 hours for changes to take effect
• Check progress in Squarespace DNS Settings
• Click "Refresh Records" to verify connection
• Look for green "Connected" label
