Products can be edited individually or in bulk within your Squarespace store, with different capabilities available across computer and mobile platforms.

On Computer:

• Access full product editor through store page or Products panel
• Edit all product details including name, price, descriptions, variations, custom forms, and digital files
• Manage images via drag-and-drop interface
• Bulk edit products using CSV import/export functionality
• Delete multiple products simultaneously

On iOS/Android Apps:

• Edit basic product information: name, price, description, images, status, stock levels
• Manage product visibility and scheduling
• Cannot edit complex variations or additional information
• Limited functionality compared to desktop version

Managing Products:

• Hide products temporarily instead of deleting if you plan to sell them again
• Schedule products to publish at specific times
• Bulk edit capabilities for:
  • Fulfillment profiles
  • Pricing and sale status
  • Stock levels
  • Titles
  • Publication status

Important Notes:

• Deleted products cannot be restored
• Product URLs cannot be reused after deletion
• Deleting subscription products doesn't cancel active subscriptions
• Hidden products can be re-listed by changing status back to visible
• Bulk editing via CSV requires Business or Commerce plan

For bulk editing:

1. Export current products to CSV
2. Edit file using spreadsheet software
3. Import updated CSV
4. Verify changes and correct any errors
