
How to Find and Review Your Squarespace Invoices: A Complete Guide
Invoices provide a detailed record of all payments made for your Squarespace subscriptions. Here's everything you need to know about accessing and understanding your invoices.
Accessing Your Invoices
Find your invoices in the Billing panel under "Invoices." They're arranged chronologically, with the most recent first.
Note: Invoices are only viewable online - they aren't sent by email or traditional mail for security reasons.
Who Can Access Invoices
- Site owners
- Administrators
- Collaborators with billing permissions
Invoice Content
Each invoice includes:
- Cardholder name and business name
- Last four digits of payment method
- Amount paid
- Service or subscription details
- Integrated domain information
- Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax)
- Discounts (if any)
- PayPal email (if applicable)
Separate invoices are generated for:
- Website plans
- Email Marketing
- Acuity Scheduling
- Google Workspace
- Squarespace Domains
- Digital Products Plans
- Getty Images purchases
Printing and Downloading
Click the "Print" button in the bottom right corner of any invoice to print or download. Note that you can only process one invoice at a time.
Understanding $0 Invoices
You may receive $0 invoices when:
- Canceling subscriptions
- Moving domains between Squarespace sites
- Registering free domains
- Using previous balance adjustments
- Signing up for free services
Bank Statement Discrepancies
Your bank statement might show different amounts due to:
- International transaction fees
- Currency conversion charges
- Multiple invoices combined into one payment
Google Domains Migration Information
For migrated Google Domains customers:
- Pre-migration charges remain with Google
- New renewals appear in Squarespace invoices
- Google Workspace renewals may show multiple charges during transition
Remember: All invoices are subscription-specific, so check each site or domain separately if you manage multiple accounts.
