
View and Manage Your Squarespace Invoices
Only website owners, administrators, and editors with billing permissions can access invoices. Invoices are available for website subscriptions, domains, and other paid services.
To view your invoices:
- Open the "Payment" menu
- Click "Invoices"
- Select an invoice to view details
Separate invoices are issued for:
- Website subscriptions
- Email marketing
- Acuity Scheduling
- Google Workspace
- Squarespace domains
- Digital items
- Getty Images purchases
Invoice details include:
- Cardholder/business name
- Last 4 digits of payment method
- Amount due and paid
- Service description
- Built-in domain
- Applicable discounts
- Tax information (GST, VAT, sales tax)
- PayPal email (if applicable)
To print or download:
- Click "Print" in the bottom right corner
- Note: Invoices must be printed/downloaded individually
Common billing discrepancies:
- International transaction fees
- Currency conversion charges
- Combined invoice payments
- $0 invoices for canceled services or free items
For Google Domains migration:
- Pre-migration charges viewable through Google
- Post-migration renewals appear in Squarespace
- Google Workspace renewals may show multiple charges during transition period
All invoices are automatically displayed in chronological order, with most recent payments at the top. For security, invoices are only accessible through the Payment menu and are not sent by email or mail.
