Importing and displaying Etsy customer reviews to your product pages is a straightforward process. Here's everything you need to know about managing Etsy reviews on your site.

What Gets Imported

Import Process

1. Open Customer Reviews panel
2. Click Import next to Etsy Reviews
3. Click Log in and import
4. Log into your Etsy account and grant access
5. Wait up to 20 minutes for import completion
6. Click Review Your Reviews when finished

Important Notes

• Reviews must be imported manually (no automatic sync)
• All reviews display under each product when store reviews are enabled
• Review styling and placement cannot be modified
• New Etsy reviews cannot be added directly on your site
• Reviews can be re-imported once per day

Managing Reviews

• To update reviews: Open Customer Reviews panel and select Re-import
• To hide all Etsy reviews: Turn off the Imported Reviews toggle
• To delete specific reviews: Contact Etsy for removal, then re-import

Limitations

• Reviews won't appear in the Customer Reviews panel
• Bulk import means all reviews show under all products
• Cannot customize review appearance or location
• Individual reviews cannot be deleted from your site directly
