You can upgrade your Google Workspace subscription to access advanced features like Google Vault and enhanced endpoint management. Here's what you need to know about modifying your plan.
Eligibility Requirements
You can upgrade if:
- You have a monthly Business Starter or Business Standard plan
- You have a monthly G Suite Basic plan
- You're not using SEPA for payments
- You haven't transferred your plan during the current billing cycle
You cannot upgrade if:
- You have pending payments
- Your domain isn't verified
- Your plan is suspended or overdue
- You haven't accepted the terms of service
- You have an annual subscription from before December 1, 2022
Upgrading Process
For Business Starter/Standard Plans:
- Open Google Workspace panel
- Click "Edit" next to current plan
- Select new plan
- Review fees and changes
- Confirm upgrade
For Old G Suite Basic Plans:
- Access Google Workspace panel
- Select "Edit" under Plan
- Choose new plan level
- Review modification details
- Confirm upgrade
Important Considerations
- Changes take effect immediately
- You'll be charged a prorated amount for unused time
