The Contacts panel helps you manage and review all customer interactions in one place, including customers, subscribers, members, donors, and form submitters.

View and Manage Contacts

Each contact displays an email address and name. To view contacts:

  • Open the Contacts panel
  • Sort by name, email address, or other details
  • Filter by tags or use advanced filters
  • Search for specific contacts by name or email
  • Click any contact to review their engagement

Import Contacts

Two ways to add contacts:

  1. Bulk import via .csv file:

    • Click "Add subscribers"
    • Upload .csv file
    • Select or create mailing list
    • Confirm marketing consent
  2. Add individual contacts:

    • Click "Add subscribers"
    • Enter name and email
    • Select mailing list
    • Confirm marketing consent

Organize with Tags

  • Create up to 250 unique tags
  • Add tags to individual contacts
  • Tags are internal-only
  • Manage tags through the panel settings

Advanced Filtering

Filter contacts by:

  • Account status
  • Subscriber details
  • Customer information
  • Member details
  • Donor information

Save up to 5 custom segments for quick access.

Marketing Management

  • Track marketing consent status
  • Manually opt-out contacts
  • Edit contact information
  • Add internal notes
  • Export contacts to .csv

Additional Features

  • Weekly email subscriber reports
  • Contact deletion management
  • Internal notes system
  • Export capabilities

Remember: Deleting contacts is permanent and affects associated orders, subscriptions, and customer accounts. Active subscriptions must be cancelled before deletion.
