Before Running a Traceroute:

• Clear your browser's cache
• Try basic browser troubleshooting
• Verify if the issue is domain-related, expired, or platform-specific

Windows Instructions:

1. Press Windows key + R
2. Type "cmd" and press Enter
3. In Command Prompt, type: tracert yourdomain.com
4. Press Enter
5. Copy the results

Mac Instructions:

2. Search for "Terminal"
3. Type: traceroute yourdomain.com
4. Press Enter
5. Copy the results

Linux Instructions:
