When managing a Squarespace domain, validation is required for all contact detail changes. You must confirm these changes within 15 days to prevent domain suspension.

Validation Email Details

For Squarespace Domains LLC:

• Sender: [email protected]
• Subject: "[Action Required] Confirm your Squarespace domain contact"

For Tucows:

• Sender: [email protected]
• Subject: "Action Required: Confirm your domain"

Validation Process

1. Check your inbox and spam folder for the validation email
2. Click the confirmation link in the email
3. Review your information
4. Click the Verify Information button

Pending domains will show "Action Required" status in the domains panel.

Resending Validation Email

On Computer:

1. Go to domains control panel
2. Click your domain
3. Click Resend Verification Email
4. Confirm with OK

On Mobile:

1. Open domains control panel
2. Tap your domain
3. Tap Resend Confirmation Email
4. Confirm with OK

If you receive a "Send Failed" message, either:

• Change the domain's contact email address
• Contact support for assistance

Important Notes:

• Unverified domains will be suspended after 15 days
• Suspended domains won't connect to your Squarespace site
• Verification is required to lift the suspension
• Contact details must be accurate and accessible
