Customer reviews from Etsy can be imported to display on your Squarespace product detail pages. Before starting, ensure you've already imported your Etsy products.

Imported Review Content:

• Customer images and names
• Review dates
• Product images and titles
• Review text
• Star ratings

How to Import Etsy Reviews:

1. Open the Customer Reviews panel
2. Click Import next to Etsy Reviews
3. Click Log in and import
4. Log in to your Etsy account and grant access
5. Wait up to 20 minutes for import completion
6. Click View Reviews when finished

Important Notes:

• Import is a one-time process (not automatic sync)
• Reviews appear under all products when display setting shows store reviews
• Review appearance cannot be customized
• New reviews must be submitted through Squarespace

Re-importing Reviews:

1. Open Customer Reviews panel
2. Click Re-import

• Can be done once per day
• Doesn't overwrite existing reviews
• Updates all current Etsy reviews

Managing Etsy Reviews:

• Hide all reviews: Disable Imported Reviews in Customer Reviews settings
• Delete individual reviews: Contact Etsy to remove from their system, then re-import
• Squarespace cannot delete individual Etsy reviews

Remember, imported reviews appear on product detail pages only, not in the Customer Review panel. For customer review request emails from your Squarespace store, use the Customer Reviews feature.
