Members access their accounts to view paywalled content, review orders, and manage personal information after signing up for a pricing plan. Here's everything you need to know about member account management:
Account Creation and Login
Members create accounts during pricing plan signup by providing their name, email, and password. They can log in through:
- The main navigation login link
- Any paywall on the site

Account Features
After logging in, members can:
- Access Digital Products section to view gated content
- Review account details in Profile
- Manage memberships and subscriptions
- View purchase history
- Update payment information

Membership Management
Members can view:
- Membership start date
- Pricing plan details
- Renewal dates (for recurring subscriptions)
- Payment frequency
- Pricing information
- Payment methods
Cancellation Process
To cancel a membership:
- Log into customer account
- Click Account > Digital products/Subscriptions
- Select digital product to cancel
- Click "Go manage subscription" (if applicable)
- Click "Cancel subscription" twice to confirm
Important Notes:
- Members keep access until billing cycle ends
- No refunds for payments already made
- Future payments automatically cancel
- Fixed-amount and free plans cannot be cancelled
- Members retain indefinite access to fixed-amount plan content
Logging Out
Members can log out by clicking Account > Sign out. They'll be redirected to the homepage. Automatic logout may occur after periods of inactivity, depending on browser settings.
