A free 14-day trial lets you explore Squarespace's features. If you need more time, you can receive a one-time 7-day extension to continue building your site.

To extend your trial period:

  1. Check your email for a message from [email protected] titled "Your trial period has expired. Do you need more time?"
  2. Click the "Extend your trial period for another 7 days" link
  3. On the confirmation page, click "Return to your site"

Your site will remain exactly as you left it, with an additional 7 days to explore. After this extension expires, you'll need to choose a paid plan to continue.

To check your remaining trial time:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Under Trial Subscriptions, click Website
  3. Look for "X days left in the free trial period"
