Mobile Start subscriptions let you upgrade your Squarespace trial website through the iOS app. These 30-day subscriptions don't auto-renew and provide an easy entry point to paid Squarespace features.

Available Plans:

• Personal Mobile Start
• Business Mobile Start
• E-Commerce Basic Mobile Start
• E-Commerce Advanced Mobile Start

Eligibility Requirements:

• Website must be in trial phase or previously used Mobile Start
• Must upgrade through iOS app (not available on Android)
• Standard subscription websites are not eligible

Key Terms:

• 30-day duration with no auto-renewal
• Can purchase one additional month after expiration
• Cannot switch between different Mobile Start plans
• Must maintain same plan or upgrade to standard subscription

Feature Limitations:

• No Email Campaigns beyond trial
• No Getty Images
• No Google Workspace
• No domain registration/transfer
• No Point of Sale
• No Acuity Scheduling

How to Upgrade:

1. Open Squarespace iOS app
2. Tap More > Settings > Payment
3. Select subscription and review features
4. Tap Buy and confirm with Apple ID
5. Check email for purchase confirmation

After Expiration:

• Brief grace period keeps website active
• Must choose to:
  • Purchase another 30-day Mobile Start subscription
  • Upgrade to standard subscription
  • Let website expire (content will be deleted)

Cancellation:

• Request refund through Apple (not Squarespace)
• Set website to Private to hide from visitors
• Cannot convert back to Mobile Start after switching to standard subscription

Note: Discount codes cannot be used with Mobile Start subscriptions. For additional payment settings or subscription management, use the desktop version.
