4. Sync products to your Squarespace store

1. Connect a payment processor (Squarespace Payments, Stripe, or PayPal)
2. Add a billing method in Printful

• Orders automatically sync to Printful
• Printful handles production, packaging, and shipping
• Track orders in both Squarespace and Printful

• Special handling required for mixed product orders

Product Management

• Edit product details in appropriate platform:
  • Title, description, pricing: Squarespace
  • Design files: Printful
  • Variants: Cannot add new ones
• Images sync automatically from Printful
• Delete products in Squarespace, then update Printful

Returns and Support

• Set return policies based on Printful's guidelines
• Process refunds through Squarespace
• Contact Printful support for fulfillment issues
• Reach Squarespace support for connection problems
