Report a Malware Incident to Squarespace Security Panel

Your account control panel helps manage sites, domains, and subscriptions in one centralized location. Here's everything you need to know:

Overview

Access your account control panel by visiting account.squarespace.com or clicking your profile picture in the Main menu. Sign in if prompted.

The control panel shows:

  • Website previews (updated every 48 hours)
  • Domain information
  • Subscription details
  • Renewal dates
  • Permission settings

Managing Websites

View and access your sites by:

  • Clicking "Website" to open the site
  • Using the Products and Services panel
  • Accessing domain settings
  • Managing permissions
  • Reviewing billing details
  • Adjusting site settings

Your access options depend on your permission level.

Creating & Removing Sites

To create a site:

  • Click "Create a website" for a 14-day free trial
  • Circle members can use templates or start blank

To remove a site:

  • Remove yourself from contributors to relinquish access
  • Delete trial/expired sites permanently through the control panel

Domain Management

The Domains tab displays:

  • Custom Squarespace domains
  • Third-party domains
  • Domain status and settings

Account Settings

Access account settings to:

  • Edit your profile
  • Manage security settings
  • Enable two-factor authentication
  • Set notification preferences
  • Change language settings
  • Review account activity

Account Security

Monitor account security through:

  • Active session tracking
  • 90-day sign-in history

  • Remote logout capabilities

Find your Account ID under Account Settings > Account and Security for support purposes.
