SEPA Payment Guide: When Can You Access Your Squarespace Services?
You can start using certain Squarespace services immediately after SEPA payment, while others require payment settlement. Here's what you need to know:
Services Available Immediately:
- Email Campaigns
- Additional Google Workspace users (for existing accounts)
- Acuity Scheduling
- Digital Products
- Websites
Services That Require Payment Settlement:
- Domain purchases
- New Google Workspace accounts
- Free domain or Google Workspace offer redemptions
Payment settlement typically takes 5 days but may vary depending on your bank. To check if your payment has settled, review your Squarespace account invoices. An invoice marked as "Processing" without a payment amount indicates the payment hasn't settled yet.
Subscription Renewal Schedule:
Services that renew on the last day:
- Websites
- Email Campaigns
- Acuity Scheduling
- Digital Products
- Monthly Google Workspace plans
Services that renew 15 days before expiration:
- Squarespace Domains
- Annual Google Workspace plans
You'll receive a renewal reminder email when we process the renewal payment. If auto-renew is disabled, you'll get an expiration reminder instead.
To verify payment settlement status, check your account invoices or contact your bank directly.
